Isaac was my service professional and he arrived on time and was very prompt with his work. My floors look the way they did when I purchased my home. Isaac completed in less than the 2 hour window and I was pleased. He was awesome! The 4 start rating is only because, a day or two before my scheduled appointment I received a call asking to change my appointment time. I was offered a weekend timeframe which I preferred from the beginning, but I was told they preferred a weekday. So that inconvenience me, otherwise I would recommend their services.
